Directly in the app
- Sign in to Cibello.
- Open Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
The account, the Firebase identity, active images and personal app data are deleted. Financial transaction references may be pseudonymised and kept where the law requires it. Backups are rotated out according to documented retention.
If you cannot open the app
Send the request from the email address registered to the account to privacy@cibello.app. Write "Delete my Cibello account". We verify that you control the address before deletion.
Training data
On deletion, the user's corrections and image references are removed from the active training bank. Gemini output has never been exported as Cibello AI training ground truth. Already aggregated model parameters can normally not be traced back to a person.
