1. Agreement and age limit
These terms apply between the user and LandveX AB, corporate ID 559141-7042. For the time being Cibello is only for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account the user confirms their age and accepts these terms and the privacy policy.
2. The service
Cibello helps the user organise food, interpret selected images and receipts, and receive recipe and meal suggestions. Results may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by the user.
3. No medical or professional advice
Cibello provides inspiration and general information, not medical, dietary, allergy or other professional advice. The user is responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, portion size, shelf life, preparation and food safety. In case of illness, pregnancy, severe allergy or special needs, qualified healthcare professionals must be consulted.
4. AI and human control
An external AI service is used for the current production analysis. Cibello's own AI model is developed in parallel but may only be trained according to the consent and limitations described in the privacy policy. External AI output is never used as training ground truth. Automatic results must always be correctable by the user.
5. Voluntary training consents
Access to Cibello's core functions may not be conditioned on consent to AI improvement or image training. The choice is off by default, separate from accepting the terms, and can be changed in Profile.
6. Account and security
The user must provide correct information, protect their login and notify Cibello of suspected misuse. The account can be deleted in Profile or via the web flow.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Digital subscriptions in the mobile app are purchased and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cibello's server-controlled 14-day trial without a card applies once per email identity within a five-year period. A deleted account can be created again but does not automatically receive a new free trial. Price, period, automatic renewal and cancellation are shown by the respective store before purchase. Refunds are handled according to the store's rules and mandatory consumer law.
8. Permitted use
The service may not be used for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, automated overload, security circumvention or attempts to extract other users' data. Cibello may restrict accounts in case of security risk or material breach of contract.
9. Availability and changes
The service is continuously developed and may be temporarily unavailable. Features may change for security, legal, quality or technical reasons. Material changes to the terms are version-numbered and require new acceptance.
10. Liability and mandatory law
LandveX AB is liable in accordance with applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Swedish law applies, and a consumer may also rely on mandatory law and the competent court in their home country.
