Do you also struggle to figure out what to eat tomorrow?
Cibello knows your kitchen, your tastes and your people. Snap a photo of your fridge — the app sees what you have and suggests something you'll actually want, from what's already home. Less stress, less waste.
Deciding takes more energy than cooking.
Every evening the same thing: what do we have, what's quick, what went bad, and "not pasta again". The mental load around food is invisible — but it's there, day after day.
- "What should we eat?" — the hardest question in the house.
- Food that spoils at the back of the fridge, again and again.
- Buying what you already have — and missing what you need.
Three steps. Zero nagging.
Cibello carries the mental load for you — because it actually knows your kitchen.

Safety & allergies — please read
Cibello helps you plan meals, but you're always in charge. Recipes and suggestions are guidance — not a medical guarantee.
Allergies & intolerances
If you or anyone in your household has an allergy (e.g. nuts, milk, gluten, shellfish), always read the ingredients yourself and check the packaging before cooking and eating. Never rely on the app alone.
AI can get it wrong
The scan sometimes misreads an item or misses one. Double-check what you cook — especially when health depends on it.
Nutrition is an estimate
Nutrition figures are rough guides for planning, not medical or dietary advice. For special needs, talk to a healthcare professional.
You control AI training
Gemini analyses today's images. Cibello AI is trained only on your own corrections and, under a separate opt-in, sanitised images. Gemini output is never training ground truth. Both choices are off by default.
Questions and answers about Cibello
What is Cibello?
Cibello is a food app that scans your fridge and pantry, suggests recipes from what you have at home, builds a weekly meal plan and shares the shopping list with your household. The goal is to remove the “what should we eat?” question and reduce food waste.
Does Cibello cost anything?
You can try Cibello free for 14 days, no card required. Household features are included during the trial and afterwards with a paid plan. Current prices are shown in the App Store and Google Play.
Do I have to type in every item myself?
No. Photograph the fridge, pantry or receipt, or scan barcodes. You review the result before it is saved, because AI sometimes misreads or misses an item.
Does the app handle allergies?
You can set allergies and diets, but the filtering is guidance, not a guarantee. Always read the ingredient list and check the packaging yourself.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. You can view your data and delete your account directly in the app at any time.
Which languages is Cibello available in?
Twelve: Swedish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and Portuguese.
A meal planning app that starts in your kitchen
Most meal planning apps hand you a menu and a long shopping list. Cibello starts from the other end: what is already in your fridge, freezer and pantry. Photograph a shelf or scan a receipt, review what the AI recognised, and you have a food inventory the app can plan around. From there the same data drives recipe suggestions, the weekly plan, the household shopping list and reminders before food goes to waste.
How it works in three steps
- Scan. Point the camera at the fridge or pantry, or scan a receipt or barcode. Correct anything the AI got wrong before saving.
- Ask “what should we eat?” Cibello ranks more than 9,000 recipes by how many ingredients you already have, what is about to expire and what your household tends to like, and explains each suggestion.
- Plan, shop, cook. Place meals in the week, let the shopping list collect only what is missing, and keep track of leftovers and meal boxes.
Who Cibello is for
Households that are tired of the daily dinner question, families who want one shared list instead of three, and anyone who keeps finding forgotten food at the back of the fridge. It is not a calorie counter and it never judges what you eat. Nutrition values are estimates for planning, and recipe or allergy filters are guidance rather than a guarantee.
