About 55 min

Ingredients
- 400 g Minced beef
- 300 g Pork mince
- 100 g Yellow onion
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 350 ml Whole milk
- 1 pcs Egg
- 2 g Allspice
- 6 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
- 70 g Butter
- 1000 g Potato
Method
- Reserve 200 ml milk and 40 g butter for the mash. Use only remaining 150 ml milk and 30 g butter for meatballs. Boil potatoes separately 20 minutes, mash with reserved warm milk and butter.
- Mix breadcrumbs and milk and leave for 10 minutes. Finely grate the onion.
- Mix the mince, egg, onion, spices and soaked crumbs. Shape small, evenly sized meatballs. Fry in butter in batches for 10–15 minutes. Measure at least 72 °C in the centre of the largest meatball; colour is not enough.
