Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken thigh
- 2 pcs Bell pepper
- 1 pcs Yellow onion
- 8 pcs Tortilla wraps
- 30 g Taco seasoning
- 200 g Salsa
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 pcs Lime
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 ml Black pepper
Method
- Slice the chicken thigh fillets into thin strips. Peel and slice the onion. Deseed and slice the bell peppers.
- Heat rapeseed oil in a large frying pan. Cook the chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
- Add the onion and bell peppers to the same pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables have softened but still have a slight crunch.
- Return the chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and stir to ensure the spices are well combined with the chicken and vegetables.
- Warm the tortillas according to the package instructions, either in the microwave or in a dry frying pan.
- Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture with warm tortillas, salsa, and lime wedges to squeeze over.
